Welcome to Dixie and Thyme Counselling! Dixie and Thyme Counselling is a mental health practice that is located in Tamworth, NSW and was established in 2021. We offer a wide variety of services including Australia wide Telehealth appointments and walk-and-talk therapy.

We pride ourselves on being able to support young people and couples through difficult times in their lives, trauma, major life changes, anxiety, depression, communication and relationship difficulties, and much more!
