Do you offer telehealth services?

Dixie and Thyme Counselling offers telehealth services to individuals all across Australia! We even have a day each week designated to telehealth appointments.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No, you do not need a referral from anyone to access services through Dixie and Thyme Counselling. All you need to do is head over to the ‘Contact Us’ tab and complete the form. Once this has been received, we will contact you to organise an appointment.

What NDIS services do you offer?

We currently offer ‘Social Work’ services through the NDIS under the current NDIS Price Guide. We are also able to provide a report after completing a Biopsychosocial Assessment to help you with your NDIS application. More information on this can be found under the ‘Services’ tab and ‘Mental Health Services’.

Are you a bulk bill service?

Dixie and Thyme Counselling is not a bulk bill service and does not offer any medicare rebates. However, you may qualify for financial support for sessions through your local family support service.

How long will I be on a waitlist for?

Like all health services, waitlists can be unpredictable. At the time of receiving your referral, we will do our best to give you an approximate wait time. You are welcome to check-in periodically for an update on your position on the waitlist if you have not heard from us.
